## Details

We are performing a planned database migration to improve system reliability and performance. During this maintenance window, our services will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 2 hours. Shopify and WooCommerce order sync will be paused during this time, and public tracking pages will not be accessible. All services will automatically resume once the maintenance is completed, and any pending sync operations will continue normally. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
