We released the fix around 11.15 AM. However, the fix did not immediately resolve the issue due to the caching at the browser level.

We then, increased the capacity of our ES cluster to cater to the high load which reduced the load.

All APIs went normal by around 1 PM

Due to a recent release, there was an overload on our elastic search cluster leading to increased latency and high number of messages in ES queues.

We identified significant increase in our API latency primarily impacting our dashboard.

Other services like Custom API, partner and channel integrations, webhook systems etc. were working normally.

Database Performance Degradation

The issue has been identified as database IOPS throttling, which is causing degraded system performance. We are applying mitigation steps to restore normal operations.

The issue has been resolved and system performance has returned to normal. All services are operating as expected. We will continue monitoring to ensure stability.
